We ship our products via United States Postal Service either First Class, Priority or Express Mail within the United States. We do offer expedited shipping if needed. Please contact us for a personalized quote.
PictureIt Creations does not ship using any customer supplied shipping materials or postage paid labels. We also do not ship using other courier services with prepaid customer accounts. No exceptions.
Shipping availability on listing pages are approximate. Occasionally, things may be on back order where it would take longer than expected to ship your items to you. This is a rare occasion and, we do our very best to get your items to you by the gift date on the order. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the shipment of your order.
We can also ship your gifted items directly to the recipient. Please include that address in the shipping address on the engraving details submission form. A packing list is included in the package, NOT a printed receipt with prices or financial information.
On most of our products we do offer international shipping. However, it does require an invoice be emailed to you for payment instead of using our online shopping cart. The payment will still be requested via Paypal and you do not need a Paypal account to pay with a credit card or eCheck.
