I gave it to my friend's daughter that i have know and help raise since 01. She opened her present in front of a house full of people and the shock on her face then water in her eyes told me that you guys did a great job. Her mom, grandmother and aunt were very visibly shaken and teary eyed then gave me a big hug. Thanks for getting it to me in time for the graduation. I didn't even want to look at it before i gave it to her that afternoon. I wanted to get the same reaction as everyone else. Her grandfather is still very much missed by all 3 and a half years later. Best customer service. when the first pkg arrived w/the item missing (stolen) taryn sent a replacement the very next morning. there was a deadline, and she got my email at around 10pm and was making the replacement by 10:30. she really went out of her way to rectify the situation. when the item arrived it was exactly what we ordered. i wouldn't hesitate purchasing from her again. it's nice to do business with people who truly care about their customers.
